The programme for the 2004 North West Traveller series is now complete. You can look forward to competitive racing at all levels for single & double handers. The venues are spread from Windermere in the North to Shustoke near Birmingham in the South.
This year it's 4 events to qualify so it's easy to do the events without wearing the car tyres down too much.
The first event is Gresford SC near Wrexham on Sunday April 4th this makes an ideal venue for the start of the series.

Currently there are 3 open training sessions planned for the Saturday before the Open meeting, so there should be no excuse for you not to hone those skills, or learn something new, under the guidance of a top quality coach. These are at Royal Windermere, Hollingworth and Staunton Harold.
This gives us coaching in the North, the middle and the South, of our area, so there is just no excuse for not making it to at least one of these open training sessions. This training is designed to cover a wide spectrum of abilities, so it's certainly not just for the junior squadies.

Although not part of the NW Traveller, two championship's: the Midlands at Bartley SC and the Inlands at Bassenthwaite SC, should be on your 'to do' list.

If you have any queries about the NW Traveller series, please come and talk to me on the circuit or contact me, at jonormoi@hotmail.com
I'll do my best to keep the series results updated & timely, but I do rely on participants to keep me informed of the results of Opens I don't make it to.

Please download the 2004 publicity poster and put it prominently on the wall at your sailing club. Advertising what we do is key to sustaining and building on our success. (Click here) to download

Wishing you all a successful season, whatever your goals.
