RYA South Mirror Zone Squad

What is it?
The RYA 'South Zone Mirror Squad' is for the most talented junior racing helms who may at present be sailing at club or regional level. The Zone Squad is the first stage on the RYA's Junior and Youth pathway, with the aim that zone sailors will move through the system and qualify for the National Squad within one or two years.
For 2007/08, the Squads train for six weekends, with a ratio of six Mirrors to each coach boat.
How do I qualify for the 2007/08 Zone Squad?
Selection will take place at the three following 2007 events:

To be considered for the Zone Squad please :
- Complete and return the RYA Zone Squad Application
- Enter for the appropiate Open Coaching event
- Enter for your Zone championships with the RYA
