This is a dinghy I’ve owned for 22 years and mainly sailed at Ragley SC ., Worcestershire. Sadly its been in our garden for the last 4 years and suffered accordingly. I’m 72 now and it looks like I’ll not be able to restore it myself now. It was extensively restored by me in 1999 and the second Certificate of Measurement was issued by the RYA dated 22/06/99 It's named "Whipcrackaway II"
