The UK Mirror Class Association (MCA) is largely funded by subscriptions from members. Membership is important, ensuring that you can compete at MCA events, participate in training, vote on class matters at the AGM and be kept generally informed about Mirror events and initiatives. Members receive boat sticker(s), membership card, electronic newsletters and, most years, a Yearbook. In the UK, Mirror Dinghy measurement certificates are only valid if the owner is a member. For the 2012 season we are working with SailRacer to ensure only MCA members can enter Mirror events online using their event entry system. In order for the SailRacer system to know who is, and who is not a member, it is necessary for any member who wishes to use the SailRacer online entry system during 2012 to pay their subscriptions online via SailRacer.
