The Mirror Class Association has a GRP Winder Mk3 Bermuda rigged Mirror dinghy. It also has a further boat, 70840, kindly loaned by Winder Boats. These boats are for demonstration purposes at clubs etc. We are in the process of revising the rules for the loan/lease of these boats but essentially the use will be governed by the following principles:
- The MCA & Winder Demo boats are primarily to be used to encourage new young sailors into the Mirror Class.
- Use of the Demo boats during club taster sessions and club training is encouraged.
- Use for local Open Meetings is be prioritised for up and coming young sailors who are likely to join the Mirror Class and would receive the benefit from sailing a competitive boat.
- The boats are only available for charter for National, European and World Championships.
