Well done girls!!
and well done Mum and Dad.
Lets face it without your support it would be impossible for the youngsters in our class to make such fantastic progress.
Prehaps a Parent of the year award?

Fantastic! Couldn't have happened to nicer people! (Not that it just "happened" of course!)

Hope to see Kayleigh at the Irish team racing intervarsities early next year!

I just thought I'd let you know cos I'm a proud Mum and all that (the girls will probably be embarased)
Eloise and Kayleigh were awarded the "North East Lincolnshire Sports Assosiation" Junior Team Sports Award last night at their presentation evening (team award because they are a team of two!) They were nominated by the Sports Aid foundation which have given them a small grant over the last three years towards their training costs. They actually came third in this catagary in 2004 but was unable to attend to collect the prize as they were doing 420 training in Weymouth.
It was great to see so many local sports people being recognised for their efforts (the vey young, disabled and the vey old ,the winner of the sports personnality of the year was 65!)
Kayleigh was unable to attend as she is now at Leeds Uni and sails for their sailing team, learning loads of new team racing skills
Good luck to the team in S Africa I expect every thing is getting a little frantic now as Christmas looms closer!!
