1.45 On the water - Concentrating on tuning, mark roundings, tides, transits

3.45 Debrief ashore

4.30 Talking Tides transits and roundings.

5.15(ish) Finish

9.30 Start - ready to go afloat

10.00 On the water - starting practice

11.30 Afloat team racing or working as a group

1.00 to 1.30 Lunch (on the water??)

2.00 Boat handling plus race series

3.45 Ashore debrief

4.30 Christmas planning and New Year resolutions

5.00(ish) Finish
