Hull measurement
World Sailing (ex ISAF) have approved the mould for a Mk3 interior Mirror dinghy produced by Alkar Technology, who are based in Binche, Belgium.
After measurement of the hull, it was also tested for compliance with the CE European stardard for recreational craft which looks at how the boat behaves with the cockpit flooded with crew aboard, and with weight applied to the gunwales, and when capsized to 90º. For the record, the sails and rig are those used by the local sailing school on their "Mirror" dinghies.
