Saltash Sailing Club, Cornwall, have the use of a UK Mirror Class Association demo boat for the summer. If you want to visit and try this boat and maybe talk about why Saltash is the sailing club for you, contact Phil Hooper on email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Racing is held on Tuesday evenings which leaves the weekends for regattas, and cruising the Tamar.

The demo boat is a tried and trusted Trident GRP version, still a great boat if not as svelte in it's appearance as the mk 4's.
The demo boat has a one piece mast, centre main, self launching spinnaker pole (very popular with smaller and learner crews) and fitted out to racing spec.
Saltash is located in Cornwall across the Tamar from Plymouth with the sailing club located under the spans of the Brunel railway bridge. The club enjoys the wider sailing areas either side of the two bridges, but found the assymetric spinnakers don't suit this unique mix of tidal river sailing and are working to establish a Mirror fleet to equal the success to the their Topper fleet.
We look forward to supporting Saltash in building their Mirror fleet.
