The First RYA Mirror South Zone camp just finished. Great weather, coaching and camararderie.
With the rest of the SE clothed in fog the sun shined on Chichester Harbour. Intensive spinnaker work (estimates varied between 30 and 50 spinnaker jibes) along with a bit of "carnage" to add some race skills.
Squad, parents and siblings (40ish) at Itchenor Sailing Club on Saturday night for lasagne and chocolate pudding. Sailors relieved that Chris got his way and they only had to run as far as the car park (this time)!!
Squad now buzzing (new facebook friends to be found this week) and everyone looking forward to Itchenor (again) in 3 weeks time.
