A special General Meeting of the Association will take place at 6.3 Opm on Saturday 9th September at Northampton SC.
The Meeting will be asked to approve the following resolution:
“ That the Articles of Association shall be amended to allow the Association to take advantage of recent changes in the legal requirements for presentation of accounts information to the Registrar of Companies and to Members”
Those of you who were at the AGM at Feipham will recall that I then anticipated the need to amend the Articles of Association to enable us to benefit from last year's changes in accounting procedures for Small Companies. Our new Auditor has now identified the changes necessary and will be at the Special Meeting to give details of them.
