The NOR for the Annandale SC Mirror Open on the 28th & 29th June has been published and can be downloaded from the link.
The much anticipated second day of the Beaver Mirror Winter Series is nearly upon us! THIS SATURDAY!!!!!!
The first race will kick off at 11:00. Lunch supplied by Farmer Copley's Farm Shop. Then two back to back races in the afternoon.
If you missed the first one, don't worry, do the next two and you qualify.
In unbroken sunshine and a nice wind we had a good turnout of 14 boats for the start of the winter series 2014.

On the 19th-20th of October hundreds of young sailors gathered at Oxford SC for the Eric Twiname youth and team racing championships. There were two mirror teams entered, one youth, Tom Dean, Maddie Wylie, Becca Stephens, Lauren Stephens, Chloe Macaulay and Izzy Leroux(fireflies) and one junior team, Ellie Benn, George Richards, Emma Clayton, Faye Caswell, Alistair Scott and Alexander Baird. The fleet arrived to be greeted with rain much to everyone's disappointment as it wasn't forecast, but by the time the racing began it had turned into a beautiful sunny day with a force 3 to 4 westerly. There was much place changing in race one due to the shifty conditions as the wind was blowing off the land, but eventually Tom Cosier & Nick Pugh made it to the front to finish first followed by Rebecca Stephens & Niamh O'Neill in second place, Midge Watkins & Harriet Watkins in third and Sarah Richards & George Richards in fourth.
