The International 420 Class Association has published a 420 Race Training exercise & Coaching e-book which will be of interest to those moving into the 420 class. The e-book is a new online training resource targeted at providing world class training techniques and strategies on Performance Improvement for Coaches and Sailors. It may also be of more general interest to Mirror sailors wishing to learn from other classes.

Abersoch beach will be full of Mirror dinghies for a week in mid-August with the Mirror National Championships being run alongside the legendary Abersoch Mirror Week. Mirror Week is a firm favorite with families - the two short races a day off the beach is ideal for the parents, youngsters and beginners - back from racing by lunch time to spend the afternoon on Abersoch's legendary beach. The Mirror Nationals will provide tight racing for the more advanced sailors - mixing with the top squad juniors, experienced parent and child combinations and those who are looking to develop their racing skills. Shared social events, coaching support from the 'experts' and lots of fun - a great week for sailors of all levels. Get yourselves a Mirror and join in the fun - for the whole family.
