A number of sailors, mainly from overseas, are interested in sailing in the 2017 Gul Mirror British Nationals & Worlds. The three Winder charter boats and the four UK Mirror Class Association boats have been booked already, so these sailors are looking for charter boats from other sources.

The Mirror on the Gul stand looked splendid and the stand was busy visitors interested in buying new or secondhand, asking wide ranging enqueries about modern rigging systems & upgrading an older boat, asking about the forthcoming 2017 Gul Mirror Worlds or just wanting to talk Mirrors.

The Second session of the Gill sponsored NYDS training again took place at Shustoke Sailing Club on the weekend of 4th & 5th of February 2017.
Once again the winds were a light 3-5 knots considering the forecast earlier in the week were giving out 70 mph winds.
