Ullswater Yacht Club are delighted to be selected to host event 1 of the Crewsaver Nationwide Mirror Trophy 2012

Fleets sailing (event is combined with Ullswater YC Easter Regatta)

Mirrors - Crewsaver Nationwide Series - event 1. Single & Double handers welcome
Skiffs - To be on this start you need to be in a 29er or Faster (on PY that is !!)
General Handicap - thats for the rest of us who are somewhat slower than a 29er.. all welcome
Junior Handicap - Under 15s sailing Toppers, Teras, or Oppies (double handers, lasers etc to take part in Gen Handicap)

Outline Sailing Programme

• Friday - No scheduled racing (relax, walk, mountain bike, canoe, practice sail etc)
• Saturday - 2 races (first race not before 1pm)
• Sunday - 3 races (first race not before 10.30am)
• Monday - 2 races (first race not before 10.30am)

Entertainment

Friday - Bar & Tuck shop from 7.30
Saturday - Evening meal in clubhouse, Cowboy & Cowgirl Night (fancy dress optional)
Sunday - Evening Meal in Clubhouse, MCA/Crewsaver Easter egg hunt.

Camping

Camping is available Friday, Saturday & Sunday night.
Small tent £6, Large £10, Camper £15.
Arrivals from 10am Friday, all pitches need to be pre booked.

Reserve Camping & Meals 

All Mirror entries who want to camp or have evening meals (normally £6.00per adult & £4.00 per child) need to reserve places by emailing Nick Whiteley

Please reserve early for Meals & Camping to avoid disappointment as we have limits on numbers and its first come first served.

Will the weather be good ?  - Yes of course (this is easter in the lakes isn't it always)

Can we camp on the evening thursday 5th April ? - No very sorry, arrivals from 10am friday please

Are dogs allowed on site ? - Yes well behaved dogs are welcome (they must be on a lead at all times on site, not go on the front lawn and owners must clean up after them.)

Whats for tea on sunday ? - Tartiflette (Im still non the wiser but apparently its delicious)

Are Andrew and Sarah Richards really going to sail a Lark together ? - Yes. (St Johns ambulance have been notified)

Top Jobs

For those of you not taking part in the various fleets we have a unique opportunity to get out on the water, closer to the action, enjoy the scenery (and prevailing weather), and get some great pictures. Please let me know if you would like to help by acting as a safety boat helm or crew for any part of the weekend (usual pay scales apply)
