Abersoch Mirror Week (AMW) has been part of Abersoch life for over 26 years now.
It’s a family orientated fun week of racing Mirror dinghies in the sheltered part of the Cardigan Bay. Many children/parents who competed in years gone by, are now bringing their own children/grandchildren to continue the tradition.
Numbers entering have remained high and regularly have greater numbers than the Mirror Nationals.
The format for the week being two races a day starting at 11:00 sailed on inshore courses. There is time between the races so crew swaps can take place to allow all the family to be involved.
